Built for LACSA in 1957. Order cancelled. Delivered to Mohawk Airlines as N4402 in 1959. To Executive Airlines in 1971 then to Wright Airlines in 1972 and to Key Airlines as N28KA in 1976. Reregistered as N28KE in 1984. To Basler Flight Service in 1986 then to Salair in 1987 and reregistered as N357SA in 1988. To Omni Air Group in 1995 then to Agroar as CS-TML in 1997 and to Atlantic Air Transport in 2000. Reregistered as G-CONV in 2001. Stored at Coventry.
