Registered N166ZA in 1963 to USDA Forest Service at Portland, switching to Department of Agriculture at Mission in 1975. Crashed at Edinburg, TX in a bean field after takeoff on a ferry flight on 6th October 1991, right engine (which had failed due to loss of oil pressure) torn off
