Napier Lion-engined prototype of the Heinkel HE 5, successfully flown during the 1926 German seaplane competition and probably photographed at Warnemünde which hosted the event. A Rohrbach Robbe is seen in the background. The HE 5 was to play an important role in the Swedish air force, designated S5 and nicknamed Hansa due to its resemblance to older Hansa-Brandenburg types designed by Ernst Heinkel.
