Delivered to the Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (KGB, Committee for State Security) on 9 June 1989. The Il-76 was transferred to Federal'naya sluzhba bezopasnosti Rossiyskoy Federatsii (FSB, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation) as RA-76800 in this same Aeroflot colour scheme on 11 April 1994. From mid-2005, it was reported without the blue cheatline and Aeroflot titles. From March 2006, the aircraft was reserialled to RF-76325. The FSB CANDID was seen at Staraya Russa in October 2010 while undergoing rework. Its current (2022) fate is unknown.
