Preserved at the Union Township Veterans Memorial Park on the far east side of Cincinnati. ID uncertain, as a helicopter marked with the same serial number is displayed at the US Army Aviation museum, as seen elsewhere on this site. Previously quoted as a GUH-1D, more recent updates say this aircraft was converted to a UH-1H, then later as a GUH-1H, and served in Vietnam with the 229th Assault Helicopter Battalion.
