The pilot door has been modified by the "Maximun Pilot View Kit" (MPVK) designed by Swiss Rotor Services to enhance visibility during external sling load operations. On December 4, 2025, this helicopter crashed near Le Prese, Lanzada, north of Sondrio in northern Italy during aerial work in connection with the Valmalenco landslide. Unfortunately, the accident claimed the life of one passenger, and injured the pilot and two other occupants.
