Ex SP-PHI. The PZL-111 was based on the standard 110 (a license-built Polish version of the Morane-Saulnier Rallye). Notable changes included the use of a Lycoming O-540 engine and a reinforced fuselage and landing gear. The 111 can also be distinguished by the presence of two extra windows behind the main canopy. Only two prototypes were ever built and the type never entered serial production.
