It was soon after dismantled and transported by road to the Luchtmacht Electronische en Technische School (LETS, Air Force Electronic and Technical School) at Deelen on 22 Jan 1987. K-3003 was delivered to the Koninklijke Luchtmacht (KLu, Royal Netherlands Air Force) on 25 Apr 1970. The aircraft served as a gate guard at Eindhoven since 11 Apr 1991. A year later, the NF-5A was moved to Gilze Rijen and reserialled to K-3066 as a gate guard.
