This Fishbed-J was TOC by the NVA in August 1969 and then passed to the German AF after re-unification as '2284'. After passing though various owners it is now on display at this amazing private collection. This ex-Polish AF Hoplite is now on display at this super private collection. Beside Mi-2T '0815' are (right to left) Mi-8PS ex-GAF '9339' (ex-NVA '966), Mi-8S ex-GAF '9319' (ex-NVA '970') and Mi-24D ex-Polish AF '156'. This Mongol-B was Taken on Charge with the NVA in 1974 as '229', transferring over to the German AF as '2360' upon re-unification. After decommissioning it was on display in Gilching, Bavaria but is now back in its NVA colours and is part of the super private collection at Zehdenick. This Hind was taken on Charge with the NVA in 1981 as '390', transferring over to the German AF as '9601' upon re-unification. It then went to the Polish AF as '156' but is now part of this amazing private collection (note the Polish roundel has been painted over by the green square). This Fishbed-F served with the NVA as '953' and then was assigned the GAF serial '2244' after re-unification. Upon decomissioning it served as a quasi-gate guard for the museum at Bad Oeynhausen and has now been acquired by this amazing private collection at Zehdenick. This Hind was built in Rostov-on-Don in October 1985 and went on to serve with the 11. vrtulníkový pluk (11th Helicopter Regiment). After decomissioning it was used for spare parts and stored at Přelouč before arrving at the incredible private collection at Zehdenick around September 2013.
