The US Coast Guard's HC-144A is a development based on the CN-235-300 MP Persuader. Ordered to replace the Dassault HU-25 Guardians in rescue and maritime patrol missions, the first aircraft were delivered in 2006.
Vampire A79-321 on display at the Central West Shopping Centre in Ashley Street, Braybrook, Victoria (built on the site of the RAAF Tottenham Store). This is actually an ex-Zimbabwean FB.52, serial R8128, and SAAF 211 before that. It was imported in Australia in 1988.
34-48608 rolled off the Douglas assembly line in the summer of 1944 and was delivered in September 1944. Too late to participate in D Day, the aircraft distinguished itself later during the Berlin Airlift where it received it's name. Pictured on display prior to the next day's departure to Gander, Canada as part of a 15 aircraft C-47 group to fly across the Atlantic to for the D Day 75th anniversary.
