Canadian North has been flying this 737 since September 2010. Originally leased to Frontier Airlines delivered February 6, 1998, the aircraft was next leased to Shandong Airlines in April 2005 as B-2878. Stored at Bruntingthorpe, UK in June 2010, it had winglets installed sometime before delivery to Canada.
World War II veteran built as 42-92493 and delivered to the RCAF as FZ694. From the Air Force to Millardair as CF-WTV in 1968, the Dakota returned to the USA in 1985. In 2005, Basler gave it a turbo conversion with Ken Borek bringing it back to Canada in 2009.
