Delivered to Henson Airlines (a Piedmont Commuter airline at the time) on March 1, 1988, the airline changed it's name to Piedmont Airlines in 1989 after the original Piedmont was merged into US Air. Withdrawn in 2002, the aircraft was sold to Avmax Aircraft Leasing in 2004 and later parted out.
