Withdrawn from service in 1953 and initially displayed at Hooton Park. Allocated to 1366 ATC as 7246M in April 1959 and displayed as gate guard at Sealand, remaining there until 1967 when she moved to Henlow for use as a static airframe in the Battle of Britain film. Returned to Sealand in 1968 and later displayed on a pole by the main gate. Sold to Historic Flying Ltd in 1988 for restoration to flying condition becoming G-OXVI in August 1989 and making her first post restoration flight on 10 November 1992.
