Northrop pilot Donald H Papish and a Spanish general lost their lives. The identity of the crashed aircraft has been uncertain, but Debbie Papish is positive that her father flew the F-5B in Brussels prior to Spain.

This was built in 1951 by Wolverhampton Aviation as shown by the c/n. Registration cancelled April 4th 1971. Parts were used to maintain G-AKHZ.
