While trying to find the leftovers of another aircraft near this location, I stumbled upon this wreck. Hard to spot from the road, but still caught my eye. Unfortunately this photo was the best I could do, given the surrounding trees and not wanting to trespass. Based on the aircraft type, livery & color and status of the airframe, OY-CFP was the only match I could find. It was built in 1978 and ex SE-GYD. Became OY-CFP in September 1985. Crashed near Svendborg on 18 May 1988.

Ex N8718F and exported to Denmark in July 1965 as OY-HAD. Damaged beyond repair when it crashed at Hesselbjerg on 24 July 1968. The helicopter was operated by Thanner Fly when it crashed in 1968, so the 'Jolly Air' titles seen in this photo were almost certainly added later and are likely fake.

Built in 1966 and ex D-EJKI. Damaged beyond repair at Thisted in 1986, due to strong winds. In a photo found online you can see the aircraft had been flipped upside down. It was possibly scheduled for a repair, but the registration was eventually cancelled in 2001. What is left of it is now used as an exit trainer for parachuting activities.

Mostly used for parachuting activity and what you see in this photo is bascially it (although there are 2 reasonably long intersecting grass runways). My expectations regarding any activity (or lack thereof!) were met, as it was cloudy and quite windy with the occasional light shower.

Built in 1978 as C-GNOF. It was delivered to the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) with registration "514", operating for the China Geological Survery in Beijing. Reregistered B-3502 and to China Flying Dragon (in Harbin) in January 1992. Exported to the USA in December 2004 as N565DH. Again exported in August 2005, to the Mission Aviation Fellowship in Papua New Guinea as P2-MFT. Parked at Cairns in August 2019 and to Nordic Seaplanes in December 2019. Initially scheduled to become OY-NSB, but registered HB-LWB in June 2021 (due to operating on the AOC of Zimex). In January 2024, the operator got its own (Maltese) AOC and the aircraft has been operating as 9H-OCEAN from February 2024.
