Delivered to Autair as G-AVOF in 1967. To Cambrian Airways in 1969. Merged into British Airways in 1974. To British Island Airways then to British Caledonian in 1983 and to Dan-Air in 1984. To Britt Airways as N392BA in 1985 then to Okada Air as 5N-AYT in 1987. Withdrawn from use at Benin City by 1997 and later scrapped.

Cambrian Airways operated this BAC 1-11 series 400 from December 1969 until their merger into BA in April 1976. Taken from the domestic pier, the original layout of the 1962 Ringway terminal (now T1) is seen in the background.
