To PT-TCP with Transbrasil in 1986, lost an engine in-flight on 15th January 1987 but repaired. To AeroBrasil in 1991, w/o on 26th November 1992 when the right main gear struck an approach light tower on take-off from Manaus on a cargo flight bound for Miami. During the subsequent emergency landing the right gear collapsed and the aircraft slid off runway, halting on the edge of a ravine
