First flown 15 August 1963 as PH-FEX. Delivered to Malaysian Airlines as 9M-AMM, merged into Malaysia-Singapore Airlines October 1967. To Fokker Services as PH-EXC May 1971, reregistered PH-FEX May 1972. To the Australian Department of Supply December 1972 and donated to Bangladesh Biman as S2-ABK April 1973. To Air Anglia as G-BDVS March 1976, merged into Air UK January 1980. Withdrawn from service 25 September 1994 and broken up December 2996.
