First delivered to Allegheny in April 1970 as N751VJ and became N405BN with Braniff in November 1971, going to Northwest as N208US in June 1983, then Pan Am as N384PA in January 1988. Registered YV-462C to Zuliana in November 1991 then HK-3872X to Isleña de Aviación in April 1994. Seized by the Colombian government in in December 1994 and impressed into service with Satena as FAC1147, operating for the Fuerza Aérea Colombiana.
