Delivered new to Air Jamaica in August 1975 as 6Y-JMA, reregistered VR-CMA in 1985 and 6Y-JMM in 1987. Became N281KH with Kitty Hawk Aircargo in 1997, then HK-4544 with Aerosucre in 2008. W/o on departure from Puerto Carreño on 20th December 2016 returning to Bogotá. The aircraft became airborne briefly, then lost altitude, hitting the ground and bursting into flames.Cause was pilot error (erroneous rotation on short runway and weight issues) and mechanical factors leading to loss of control.
