Delivered to Continental Air Lines as N70774 in May1959 and sold to TWA in December that year. To IAI in late 1971 to be prepared for the IDFAF as 4X-JYA, changed to 4X-JYB in 1974. Registered N196CA in June 1978 and to Hispaniola Airways as HI-384HA in September 1981.
