Delivered to Britannia Airways as G-OSLA in 1981. To America West Airlines as N134AW in 1983. To British Airways EI-BTZ then reregistered as G-IBTZ in 1988. To Caledonian Airways in 1989 then to GB Airways in 1990. To East West Airlines as VT-EWC in 1992 then to Sahara Indian Airlines in 1997. Returned to the lessor as N578DF then to Merpati Nusantara Airlines as PK-MBJ in 2001. Withdrawn from use at Surabaya in 2008 and scrapped.
