Delivered to Garuda Indonesia as PK-GSF in 1982. Sold as N106TR in 1998 and converted to a 747-2U3B(SF) freighter. To Polar Air Cargo as N923FT in 1999 then to Tradewinds in 2004, Star Airlines (Macedonia) as Z3-CAA in 2008 and to Kalitta Air as N923FT in 2010. Stored at Oscoda, MI. Scrapped in 2017.
