Delivered to National Airlines as CV340-37 N8418H in 1953. To Allegheny Airlines in 1960 and converted to a CV440 then to a CV580 and reregistered as N5814 in 1966. To Aspen Airways in 1976. In United Express colours by 1988. To Kelowna Flightcraft as C-FKFY in 1992. Converted to a freighter in 1997. To Conair in 2003 and converted to a firebomber.
