Delivered to the Jamaica Defence Force as JDFT-1 in 1967. Sold to Air West Airlines as C-GIAW in 1977 who merged into Air BC in 1980. To Kenn Borek in 1988 and leased to Harbour Air a number of times. Leased to Maldavian Air Taxi as 8Q-IAW from 1994. Returned to Kenn Borek as C-GTKB and leased to Maldavian Air Taxi as 8Q-TKB in 1996. Reregistered as 8Q-MAC in 1998. Returned to Kenn Borek as C-GTKB and leased to Maldavian Air Taxi as 8Q-MAC in 1999 and again in 2000. Returned to Kenn Borek as C-GTKB in 2010.
