Built as A-26B 41-39596, this Invader served the ANG through the 1950s and in 1965 was rebuilt as a B-26K by On-Mark Engineering, with modified fuselage and tail, strengthened wings, improved engines, reversible propellers and wing-tip fuel tanks. By mid-1966 it had been assigned to the 1st SOW at Eglin AFB, FL and on deployment to Nakhon Phanom RTAFB for combat over Vietnam, was referred to as an A-26A as the Thais would not allow ops by bomber aircraft. Returned to US Oct 1979, registered N268G in 1971, C-GXTF in 1977 and N22939 in 1978.
