From Peter's collection by an unknown photographer. With British Eagle International Airlines March 1965 - November 1968 when the airline ceased operations, "City of New Castle" was sold to Cambrian Airways in July 1969 as a source of spares and also used as a cabin trainer. The fuselage was donated to the Wales Aircraft Museum in 1976, remaining at Cardiff, Wales. The museum downsized in 1992 and the relic was donated to the airport fire department. It was eventually scrapped in 1996. This photo is copyright © Peter Marshall, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
