Built as a piston powered 340 for United Airlines and delivered in December 1953 as N73142. Converted to a 580 for Lake Central Airlines / Allegheny Airlines in 1967 (N5837), it would later fly with Commuter Airlines and Freedom Airlines. Air Ontario added it to their fleet in 1984.
