Registered as PH-EXS before delivery to Altair as N509 in 1980. To Empire Airlines in 1983 then to Piedmont Airlines in 1986. Reregistered as N493US in 1988. They merged into USAir in 1989. To AirQuarius as ZS-JAV in 2006 then to Myanma Airways as XY-AGH in 2010 and to Myanmar National Airlines in 2014. Preserved at Naypyidaw Defence Services Museum from 2017.
