Delivered to United Air Lines as N9048U in 1969. To Air Florida in 1980 and reregistered as N67AF in 1981. To Pan Am in 1982. Returned to the lessor in 1990 and leased to Haiti Trans Air in 1990 and Cayman Airways then to Barnax Air as 5N-MCI in 1991. Returned to the lessor as N67AF in 1993 and withdrawn from use at Miami in 1994. To Faucett as OB-1635 in 1995 but never delivered and scrapped at Miami. Some data sources show it as scrapped at Lima, Peru.
