Delivered to British Airways as G-BHBL in 1980. To American International Airways as N104CK in 1994, stored at Cambridge, UK until it was converted to a freighter in 1995. To Kittyhawk International in 1999. Withdrawn from use at Victorville, CA in 2002 and scrapped in 2010.
