This is a composite reconstruction built from an original fuselage frame that was found in 1980 in a garden in Ormskirk. Its real identity is not known, it was previously marked as 237123 (also fake). The nose is a replica. It is painted with D-Day stripes. The Hadrian transport glider was operated in large numbers by the USAAF and RAF in WW2. This photo is copyright © R.A.Scholefield, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
