Delivered to Sabena as OO-SJO in 1969. To Scibe Airlift as 9Q-CBS in 1985. Reregistered as 9Q-CBW in 1988. Leased to various airlines. Stored at Southend in 1999. To Africa Lines as TL-ALM then reregistered as TL-ADJ in 2002 and to Hewa Bora Airways as 9Q-CBW in 2004. Scrapped at Kinshasa in 2012.
