Delivered to United Airlines as N9036U in 1968. To Britannia Airways as G-AZNZ in 1972 then to America West Airlines as N144AW in 1985, Airtran in 1995 and reregistered as N468AT in 1996. To Air Méditerranée as F-GYAL in 2000 then to EAS Airlines in 2002. Scrapped at Bucharest-Baneasa in 2004.
