This Merlin-powered Canadair Four wears Derby Airways titling and the red colour scheme of its previous owner, the bankrupt Overseas Aviation. Taxying out to begin an inclusive tour service to Europe. Company name changed to British Midland on 1 October 1964. Withdrawn from service in October 1967.
