Delivered to TWA as N15713 in 1969. To Global International Airways in 1978, Race Aviation as N345FA in 1985, Fast Air as CC-CUE in 1988 and Aviation Leasing Group as N234FA in 1993. Leased to Golden Horn Aviation as TC-GHA and returned as N234FA in 1994. To Buffalo Airways and then to Skyjet Brasil as PP-AJP in 1985. Back to Buffalo as N234FA and to MAS Airlines as P4-YYY in 1986. Back to Buffalo and then to First International Airways as 9G-FIA in 1997. To Johnsons Air in 2004.
