Delivered to the USAAF as 42-72723 in 1945. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code CC254 in 1974. To Aero Union as N90201 in 1978, Hona Carib Cargo in 1982, Great Southern Airlines in 1987 and Brooks Air Fuel in 1995. Withdrawn from use at Fairbanks by 2004 and used for parts.
