Photographer unknown. Pushing back at Heathrow circa summer 1974, when this United 737 was first leased in by Aer Lingus. As can be seen, it retained the United blue cheatline, which at least did not clash too much with the Aer Lingus livery of the time. The same aircraft (N9066U) was leased by Aer Lingus again from May 1975 to October 1976, by then in a basic livery based on United's 1970s "Saul Bass" colours.
