Rebuilt as R4D-8 12420 from c/n 9442 in 1952. Redesignated as a C-117D in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 6C055 in 1978. Registered as N89WA in 1985, to Millardair as C-GJGN in 1990, reregistered as N587MB in 1994. Operated by TMF Aircraft from 2002 until they ceased operations in 2017.
