This 1967 Twin Otter was first leased to Hawaii Jet-Aire (known for a short time as Air Hawaii). It was repossessed by the lessor in 1970 and leased to Air Indies of Puerto Rico. Repossessed again in 1974, it was sold to ERA Helicopters in June 1975. Re-registered N204EH in late 1981,the aircraft was transferred to ERA Avation in 1985.
