ADF serials have in their comments that this may be a FB-30. And that makes it A79-375. This link http://www.adf-serials.com.au/2a79.htm explains the situation. This aircraft is an instructional airframe numbered 17 at the RAAF School of Technical Training, based in NSW at RAAF Forest Hill.
