Built in 1943 and in Soviet service initially. Taken on by the Polish air force as 05 in August 1951, used by the Officers Flying School in Dęblin. Operated by LOT as SP-LDA for a few months mid-1965 and returned to the air force as 027. Said to have been the last airworthy Polish Li-2 until 1974.
