First registered as G-BDOM in 1976. To N411WA in 1982 with various operators in the USA, the last of which was Mountain High Aviation (from 1994 until 2009). It then became YJ-LGF in the island nation of Vanuatu, before export to New Zealand as ZK-LGF. In 2018 it joined the fleet of Roraima Airways in Guyana as 8R-GRF.
