Delivered to Air Canada December 11, 1969, this DC-8 sports sort of an interim color scheme. A few DC-8s and DC-9s lost the black on the nose and around the cockpit before the fleet went with the single wide cheat line with red titles. In 1982 Air Canada converted C-FTIP to a freighter and a year later even re-engined it to a 73. Leaving the fleet in 1990, it went to United Parcel Service as N802UP.
