Clipper Star King ran off the end of Sydney's runway 34 on 1 December 1969 after a takeoff abort following an encounter with a flock of seagulls. There were no fatalities and the aircraft was subsequently repaired. This photo was added on 18 October 2019, and has since been viewed 1295 times. |
