Delivered to Lufthansa as D-ANAD in 1959. To Nora Air Service in 1971 then to British Midland as G-BAPD in 1973. Leased to Skyline Sweden as SE-FOX from 1975 to 1977 and returned as G-BAPD. Withdrawn from use at East Midlands in 1978. Wings used to rebuild c/n 349 G-AZLT. Fuselage scrapped in 1981.
