Built in May-1978 and delivered to the Czechoslovak AF as 4011. After the split-up of Czechoslovakia in Jan-1993 it became part of the Czech AF. By May-2007 it was seen withdrawn from use at Prerov, by Aug-2012 it was seen as a gateguard at an army camp at StarĂ¡ Boleslav, last seen there in Mar-2014.
