Believed to be the former J7323 which appeared at the 1924 Hendon Pageant as "13". It was sold to the Linnell brothers at Wittering and flown in all-silver without being registered. They sold it to Geoff Chamberlain (as seen here) and it then went to C P B Ogilvie at Watford in part exchange for the Sopwith Dove, G-EBKY. Last noted 1936, fate unknown. Photo from Sid Miles.

Seen at Marsh Leys Farm, Kempston, after the owner, G.A.Chamberlain, suffered the misfortune of a dead-stick landing in a deeply furrowed field. Having bounced off a deep ridge the Dove stalled, dropped a wing, and lost its undercarriage in the ensuing impact with the ground. Following repairs Geoff swapped it for an Avro 504K from Richard Shuttleworth and Warden Engineering converted it into the Pup that we know today. (Geoff Chamberlain photo)
