First flew as DM-ZXF then to the Polish Air Force as 010 in 1959. Reserialled as 3076 in 1982. Flew to Saarbrucken in 1988 then trucked to Hermeskeil for preservation. Serial removed by 1997.

A VEB-license built Ilyushin Il-14 is found with the excellent collection at Hermeskeil. Ilyushin Il-14Ps were built by VVB Flugzeugbau under license in East Germany. Since May 1988, way before the collapse of the Iron Curtain, this aircraft had made its way to Western Europe already and was received by the museum.

The first three Eastern European aircraft that arrived in Hermeskeil were a Hungarian An-2 and Mi-1, and this East-German built VEB-14P from Poland, which arrived in 1988, before the fall of the Iron Curtain in late 1989.
