Departing from Campbell River, where it took up residence in 1985. Registered to MJM Air from 1997, but here operating for M.R. Adama Enterprises, a company building logging roads in the local area, extending to the mainland coast. Adopted MJM Air markings with a new tail logo by 2002. Crashed on 28 February 2005 with the sad loss of all five on board. Only one victim was ever found. Wreckage was finally located in July 2005, 800ft down off the east coast of Quadra Island, after a continuing search promoted by the families of those on board.
